A beautiful poster showing a collection of plants, including aloe and tulip, from the work "Historia Botanica Practica" by Giambattista Morandi, an Italian doctor and botanist who lived in the 18th century. This unique herbarium was published in 1744 in Milan by Petri Francisci Malatestae.
Morandi was known for his precise and realistic drawings of plants, and his work was one of the most important botanical works of his time.
